Where is your office located and from where do you ship your goods?

Sparkles & Gold is located in Australia. Our goods are shipped from our warehouses in Australia and Hong Kong.

Do you have an actual store I can come and visit?

No. Sparkles & Gold is an online jewelry store but there are plenty of ways to get in touch with us.

What kind of jewelries  do you sell and do you make custom jewelries on requests?

 

We have a wide range of gold and silver jewelries that cater to your needs for various occasions. We specialise in earrings, necklaces and bracelets.

We currently do not customise jewelries based on customer requests.

How long does it take to receive my order?

The estimated shipment time is 15 business days from the time you placed an order. While we do our best to have goods purchased over our Website delivered to you as soon as possible, we make no guarantee as to the exact date of receipt of goods as this is due to matters outside our control. Products that are unavailable in Australia may be shipped directly from our warehouse in Hong Kong.

How will I know if my order has been shipped?

 

 

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, our system automatically sends you a shipping confirmation email with your courier tracking number. Click on the tracking number and you can access to-the-minute location information.

Do you charge shipping cost, if so, how much?

 

The cost of shipping for purchases within Australia is free. Shipping costs vary per region. Please refer to delivery policy located separately on this website.

Can I return goods that I bought if I changed my mind?

 

Goods that were bought and fully paid for from our Website can be returned to us subject to Sparkles & Gold return policy. Please refer to return policy located separately on this website.

How do we pay for the goods we bought from your Website?

 

Goods can be paid via PayPal and major credit cards. Laybuy is also available to Australia, New Zealand and UK residents. Please refer to payment method located separately on this website.

How do I get a coupon?

Sign up for our email newsletter, Sparkles Sparkles, and keep updated on special sales only available through our newsletter. Every time we have a new sale you will receive an email newsletter with a new coupon code. As a special bonus, when you first sign up for our newsletter you are automatically sent your first coupon code! Multiple promos and/or coupons cannot be combined.

Where do I enter a coupon code?

When you are ready to complete your order, go to the checkout page and you will see a box to add coupon code and click on apply coupon button.

What If I forgot to use a coupon code?

Contact us via email at admin@sparklesandgold with your order number and we will apply the coupon discount for you.
